Refund & Return Policy

• Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged mobile accessory (including POINTX products), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo/video.
• Returns: Items must be in original packaging and unused.
• Digital Products: For digital downloads (like PocketPro) and Website Development services, no refunds will be issued once the service is delivered or the file is downloaded.
• Refund Process: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
